Then turn it in to your local ACCU branch and we will contact your referral. The form must be received before the account is opened to qualify for the bonus.

2. Meet the Requirements

The new Central Checking or Advantage Checking account must be set up with a direct deposit or complete 10 debit card transactions within the first 30 days.

3. Get Rewarded

After the account has been opened for 30 days and once the qualifications are met, both the referring member and the new member will receive a $100 bonus.
